Who we are

What we collect
- Contact form: the name, email, company, role and message you send us.
- Research studies: your survey answers; your name, email, job title and company; your choice of thank-you and your answer about your employer's gift policy.
- Outreach: for research invitations we use business contact details (name, work email, title, company) obtained from commercial business-contact databases and public professional sources.
- Website: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) kept for security and operations. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on our research pages.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To run our research, send you the findings and deliver any thank-you you choose.
- To report research results in aggregate only — no individual or company is named in anything we publish.
- To keep a record of opt-outs so we don't contact you again.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: Microsoft (email, file storage and survey forms), Tremendous (delivering thank-you gift cards or donations — name and email only), Apollo.io (business-contact data), and our website host. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Research contact details are kept for 12 months after the findings are sent, then deleted. Aggregated, de-identified results may be kept indefinitely. Opt-out records are kept so we can honour them.
Your choices and rights
- Stop emails: reply "unsubscribe" or email ed@translingua.ai. We act within one business day.
- Access, correction or deletion: email ed@translingua.ai and we'll respond within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; contact us and we'll help.
Security
We use access-controlled business accounts with multi-factor sign-in. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we limit who can see personal information to the people who need it.
Children
Our website and research are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We'll post any changes here with a new effective date.
